Casa Can Toni is located in Sa Pobla and captivates guests with its carefully- curated interior, which blends the rustic elements of a Majorcan house with modern styles. The comfortable holiday home has a living/dining room with charming ceiling beams and a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with colourful tiles, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of them in the pool area) and can accommodate 6 people. It also has air conditioning, a TV, a child’s bed and a highchair for the smaller guests. On the furnished terrace you can prepare your meals together with the barbecue and then enjoy them with a glass of wine. Sun loungers and a parasol are also at your disposal so that you can relax under the Spanish sun. Refresh yourself in your beautiful, private pool (2,70 x 6,30 m) and take a stroll through your lush garden. The nearest supermarket is 270 m from the property and a restaurant is 450 m or a 6-minute walk away. A selection of beaches with white sand and clear turquoise waters await your visit. The 210 m² villa “Ca Na Rosa” is situated in a central area of Alcúdia, a charming seaside town in the north of Mallorca, and is only a short walk from the beach. The child-friendly holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. The private outdoor area, surrounded by trees, will impress with 2 covered terraces (30 m² each) with seating furniture, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with home-cooked dinners from the barbecue. The lush garden boasts deck chairs for you to bask in the sun after a refreshing swim in the pool (7,5 x 5 m). The central location of the villa allows you to reach a supermarket, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants within a 6-minute walk (500 m), while the sandy beach Platja d’Alcúdia, where you can swim in the glistening blue Mediterranean, is only 400 m or an 3-minute walk away. The scenic port of Alcúdia lies a 22-minute walk (1.8 km) up the beach and offers many restaurants and great views of the bay. Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 48-minute drive (60 km), while the airport is a 55-minute drive (63 km) away.
